Communities

We work directly with four communities in the Nor Lípez Province, Department of Potosí: San Cristóbal, Culpina K, Vila Vila and Río Grande.

We also work with eight communities within our indirect area of influence, linked to the logistical and territorial environment of our operation.

Quinoa

Pilot greenhouses and fertigation systems were implemented to strengthen local agricultural capabilities.

Camelids

Llama meat production and processing were strengthened through the exchange of technical knowledge with Argentina's INTA.

Vicuñas

Workshops were conducted on mechanized shearing, dehairing and fleece management.

Education

Education was strengthened through teacher support programs. A total of 118 mid-level technicians graduated, and 15 outstanding high school graduates received scholarships for higher education.

Tourism

Community tourism initiatives were strengthened through training in customer service, gastronomy, social media, handycrafts and soft skills.

Health

Health services for adolescents, women and students were strengthened through improvements in care at two health centers and the implementation of comprehensive support spaces.
