Our People

We focus on prioritizing labor relations and strengthening competencies, which, along with health prevention, builds a solid system in support of the well-being of all workers.

Workforce Characteristics

Our 1,335 employees and 2,144 contractors are distributed between the camp and our offices in the cities of Potosí and La Paz. This totals 3,479 individuals working within our operations and offices.
