Minera San Cristóbal S.A. presented its 2025 Sustainability Report, a document summarizing the company’s main economic, social, and environmental achievements. The report was prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and the principles of the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM). The report states that, during 2025, MSC produced a total of 345,000 tonnes of zinc-silver concentrates and 89,000 tonnes of lead-silver concentrates, representing an average processing volume of 1,228 tonnes of concentrates per day.

Regarding economic performance, the report notes that Minera San Cristóbal generated more than US$1.328 billion in annual economic activity, demonstrating not only the company’s corporate sustainability but also the strength of Bolivia’s mining sector. Of this total, the company contributed more than US$314 million to government entities through taxes, mining fees, and royalties. It also purchased goods and services worth more than US$469 million, benefiting 1,248 suppliers throughout the country, particularly those located in the surrounding region.

The report also highlights significant progress in environmental management. This includes the responsible management of waste and the strengthening of practices aligned with international standards, as part of a strategy focused on operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and environmental stewardship. The company also reports actions related to the protection of individual and collective rights, in line with the international principles governing the mining sector.

In the social sphere, Minera San Cristóbal reaffirmed its commitment to working with local communities and creating sustainable well-being. According to the report, more than US$918,000 was invested in community development during 2025, including productive development projects focused on quinoa, camelids, and tourism, as well as initiatives in technical education, healthcare, rights, empowerment, and stakeholder engagement throughout the company’s area of influence.

“All of this is guided by a clear conviction: sustainability cannot be built in isolation, but through collaborative work and a shared vision for the future,” the company stated.

In the letter accompanying the report, the President of Minera San Cristóbal reaffirmed the company’s commitment to Bolivia, the department, and the communities with which it is building a shared future. From this perspective, the central message is clear: “The best is yet to come,” a conviction that reflects the company’s long-term vision and its commitment to continuing to promote responsible, innovative mining that creates opportunities for Bolivia.

With this new report, Minera San Cristóbal is entering a new stage of responsible growth, supported by proven results, international standards, and a long-term vision. More than an annual review, the document presents a roadmap showing how the company intends to continue contributing to Bolivia’s development through modern, efficient, and sustainable mining.
